The President shall preside over the Executive Council meetings, the Active meetings, and any special meetings so called by himself. The president along with the rest of the executive council will create and distribute a written chapter program that will include a detailed write up of the duties and current plans of each executive office, the action plans with a timeline of each committee, and the goals that are to be achieved by the entire chapter. The president shall use this manual to reference the progress of the chapter through the semester and hold the members of the chapter accountable for what they have submitted. |

The VP also performs other such duties as may be assigned by the president. The VP shall act as chairman of the Internal Cabinet Committee. He shall also act as the non-voting chairman of the chapter judiciary board as well as the liaison between the executive council and the judiciary board. The VP shall also be responsible for all matters concerning the internal operations of the chapter. |

He shall act as chairman of the Membership Development committee which consists of Pledge Educator(s), the Master of Ceremonies, the Alumni Relations Chairman, and Parliamentarian. The Vice President of Membership Development shall be responsible for the coordination of the ingress period. |

He shall keep a list of Active members with their seniority points and standing, local and home addresses. He shall also serve as webmaster for the chapter, keeping the website updated with all current news, announcements and other facts. He shall act as chapter correspondent for the chapter, to furnish to the Shield & Diamond undergraduate and alumni news, photographs, and special articles as solicited by the Executive Vice President. Furthermore, he shall be responsible for the overall safekeeping of the members as prescribed by the International Fraternity. He will also be responsible for reading the International Fraternity's risk management policy and educating the chapter on safe risk management, and performing any other duties corresponding to risk management. |

Moreover, upon request by the president or the Active Chapter, he shall make special reports as to the financial condition of the Chapter and its members. The treasurer must also collect all fees and assessments of the Gamma Kappa Chapter. Failure to maintain an acceptable financial position, on constant and consistent collection of dues may result in the removal from office. He shall serve as chairman of the Finance Committee.

He shall be responsible for the Kitchen Budget including payment, hiring, and firing of the cook. He shall make certain that the kitchen is cleaned properly and will assign "hashers" as needed. "Hashers" are defined as members who perform kitchen duties. |
| | |  Alexander Kavon View Bio | | House Manager | alexander.kavon@gmail.com | | The House Manager shall have the responsibility of supplying the house with all needed materials for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs; supervision and maintenance of the heating and plumbing systems; and for the general management of the property. The House Manager shall delegate house duties and ensure their completion. The House Manager will make sure that all renters sign housing contracts, and he will assess fines to members who fail to do their assigned house duty. |
